The Everest Base Camp of Nepal is the one which is located on the south of the Mt. Everest. You must have heard about the majestic and enchanting Mt. Everest. And the best time to do this trek is either between March – May or from October – November. March is recommended as the best month to do this trek. During March one can get closer and clearer look at the Himalayan Range.

Trek Details of Everest Base Camp Trek



Firstly you will be arriving at Kathmandu and from there; you will be flying to Lukla. After reaching Lukla you will have to trek to Phakding and rest for the night there in the village. Next morning you will be trekking to Namche Bazaar crossing a suspension bridge and will be spending the night in Namche Bazaar. The other day you will be spending the whole day exploring Namche Bazaar and then retire for the night there itself. Then on the next day you will be trekking from Namche Bazaar to Dingboche. Get up the next morning and explore Dingboche, and also explore Chukung village. Next morning start trekking towards Lobuche, on your way you will also find a mani- prayer stupa. Then stay for the night in the guest house. 

Next day will be the day to reach your destination Everest Base Camp. After exploring the base camp and surroundings, start trekking back to Gorakshep. Overnight stay at Gorakshep. Other morning start trekking up to Kalapatthar . One gets the closer look of the Everest from Kalapatthar, after the sightseeing trek towards Pheriche. Spend the night in Pheriche. Get up and after having breakfast start trekking back to Namche Bazaar, rest for the night there. And then you will be trekking From Namche Bazaar to Lukla the other day. Get up the next morning and take flight back to Kathmandu, stay for the night in Kathmandu. Next morning you will be departing from Kathmandu to your homes. And the journey of Everest Base Camp Trek ends here.
