Gomukh Trek
Gomukh is a part of the Gangotri glacier. It is located in the Garhwal region of Himalayas in Uttarkashi district. Gomukh trek is just 18 km away from Gangotri. Gomukh is the origin of the holy River Bhagirathi and is also one of the most important source of River Ganga. It is situated at an elevation of 13,200 meters above the sea level.
